Our specialist demolition capabilities address the complex and demanding sites we work on throughout London and the Southeast. We work in occupied premises and busy pedestrian routes, with particular expertise in Network Rail and LUL interfaces.

Our in-house civil engineering team specialises in bespoke, reinforced concrete construction, taking complex projects from enabling works through to the completion of basements and super structures.
Many projects require extensive temporary works alongside retention of a structure's facade, often involving structural shoring and jacking to protect the building and adjacent properties.
Our engineering design and construction teams advise on the most appropriate construction system for each project's exact requirements, creating custom made formwork and using 3D/BIM technology.
We have a wealth of experience demolishing a wide variety of tower block designs, from durable in-situ concrete structures to intricate large panel systems. Since the early 1990s we have partnered with London Borough Councils to safely deconstruct 1960s-era tower blocks.
